VW wants to list Porsche in order to raise finance to fund their EV ambitions, at least this is the primary goal. For those who came later to this page, Porsche is a SUV company with a ‘sport’ arm.

There is a second goal also: the company will offer a EUR 9 bn to its investors in 2023, but some investors are reluctant – hence the article below in Les Echos.

It is said that every company has an Achille’s Heel. The case for VW (incl. Porsche and many German companies) is the incredible dependence & reliance on the Chinese market.
