Companies should serve all generations and that means pursuing an omnichannel strategy.

The World Travel and Tourism Council mentioned that global tourism represented 6% of the total GDP in 2021 and has room to increase considering the 10% level reached before the pandemic.

Among Gen Z, the top reasons for choosing a travel destination are value for money (47%), availability of cheap flights (45%), and safety and security (42%) (source: Travel Agent Central)

Top preferences for short trips for Millennials: Paris, London, Barcelona, Rome
Top preferences for short trips for Gen Z: Erasmus+ (during university studies), Bilbao, Stockholm, Palermo, Algarve and alike.

What can you do as a business when you know that Gen Z has on average an 8 second attention span?
