Action is Fuel.

We often think we’re tired because we’ve worked too much. Usually, we’re tired because we’ve done too little…too little of what truly matters.

Doing meaningful work isn’t draining; it’s energizing. It creates momentum. It fuels purpose.

Rest isn’t about sitting idle, waiting to recharge. Rest is found in action, doing things that move us forward, that excite and inspire.

Stop confusing downtime with recharge time. The solution to exhaustion isn’t doing less, it’s engaging more deeply in the right things. Doing things is energizing, and wasting time is depressing. You don’t need that much ‘rest’.
