Unlock the full Gen Z potential

Gen Z dislikes MS Excel. Especially when they studied in school how to do the heating maps in python, regression with R/SPSS or adapt algorithms. I am not talking about Computer Science students, but actual business students.

At FABIZ we have changed around 30% of the learning syllabus in the last three years in order to bring these topics, which in the end will match the World Economic Forum predictions for 2025 when it comes to “Skills of the future”.

Many companies consider not having the right organisational culture in order to nurture Gen Z’s wishes. I always respond with: give them credit for new/innovative experiments and see what happens.

Taking risks should be everyone’s responsibility and why not use the full talent of Gen Z?
