Twitter’s acquisition finally happened, although someone realised how much he overpaid for it.

How we ended up here? Well, Twitter’s BoD triggered the SEC’s section 9.9. – as mentioned in one of my LinkedIn posts 5 months ago (!) (see below)

Elon’s first decision was to fire the CEO – Parag Agrawal – who overdelivered to the shareholders and underdelivered to the users. An expected decision, I would say.

Musk’s next focus: to increase the revenues while trying to build a super-app (e.g. WeChat), exploring this journey of how Twitter can make the next leap forward (i.e. blockchain).
