Three main takeaways:
1/ The main category affected by AI is the one represented by white-collar workers. (ie. office jobs)
2/ What is different this time is that this category has the means to be louder (ie. through Social media, classic media and beyond).
3/ Probably future political debates will be around ideas and complaints raised by this category.

So, having interacted with hundreds of Gen Z weekly, I came up with the following conclusions: 1/ Be present in their world 2/ Give them meaningful work 3/ Coach them! 4/ Give them credit! The list is open and feel free to add!
