During this period is the end-year review for most employees. A time for reflection and getting feedback for the year that passed to be better in 2023.

2022 will not be only characterised by the war Russia provoked over Ukraine, but also by high inflation. Unofficially, this is around 30% for food and other key items.

We should not forget that most of the people delivering and implementing the day-to-day strategies in companies are the most affected by the current inflation. A-Star employees exist at all company levels and not rewarding them properly will mean looking for work elsewhere.

2023 will be probably tougher, so make sure you don’t create additional headaches for yourself and your company.
